This design distributes 49% of the club's weight below the ball and in the rear corners, which contributes to the distance of a drive. There is also weight distributed to the sole to create a deep center of gravity, for a more forgiving driver. The cup face on the XCG-V is 125% bigger than Tour Edge's previous models. This means that the hot zone on the XCG-V is 30% bigger than the industry standard, which promotes distance (even on off-center hits). There are several model and shaft options available.
