The Odyssey Marxman X-Act Putting Wedge is built to play between a putter and a wedge for shots around the green. A number of shots are accommodated, including a pitch shot 15 yards off the green, a chip shot 3 to 5 yards off the green, and a bump n run for shots from just off the green.

It uses a Hi-Def Alignment System to produce more accurate shots, and has a a Grove-less Polymer Insert to create forward spin and reduce bouncing. The sole design allows for a reduction in contact with the ground.
