Odyssey Black Series
$250.00
Released January, 2008
The Pros:Satin finish looks pretty good - reduces the glare from the sun. Great balance, can keep it perfectly steady throughout the swing. Nice sight lines, makes it easy to line up the shot.
The Odyssey Black Series Putter uses a deep center of gravity to deliver a better roll across the green. The flange is made out of a high-density tungsten and is used to move the weight in the head to create that heavy center and up the moment of inertia.

With the center of gravity heavier, a higher launch angle is provided, and less loft is required to move the ball in the right direction. The manufacturer of the Black Series Putter claims to fine tune each and every putter for the best performance. The body is made out of a 1025 carbon steel and the Odyssey Black Series Putter has weight removed from the hosel and redistributed to the flange.
