Fourteen MT-28 V5

$179.99 Released January, 2011

Product Shot 1The Fourteen MT-28 V5 is a professional Tour wedge released in 2010 as a successor to the MT-28 V4. It features an enhanced new reverse taper design in which a single grove has been strategically placed between the club sole and blade portion of the wedge.

This results in a higher and more stable CG, meaning players can execute their shots with enhanced precision. Note that the groove still complies with USGA groove regulation. Included also on the V5 is a flatter sole with a trailing edge and slight heel relief that, when combined, lets players better use the wedge’s bounce to execute shots from any rough, regardless of difficulty. There is also a rounding leading edge, which is located on the face, that promotes confidence and therefore improved trajectory.
