Adidas Powerband Sport

The Adidas Powerband Sport is a high performance golf shoe from Adidas' Golf Sport Footwear lineup for 2009.  The shoe features a POWERBAND chassis that is designed to improve leverage and weight shift for maximum energy transfer throughout the swing.

  It includes 50/50 Protect technology which comprises a protective lower half that repels water and debris with an air-mesh upper for ventilation.  The shoe also has DTAC cleats which resist clogging and a water-resistant TPU outsole.  The Powerband Sport is designed with a FitFoam sockliner and GripZone technology which stabilizes the foot and locks it into place.  It also has a lightweight EVA midsole with adiPRENE+ cushioning for comfort.  The shoe is available in men's, women's, and wide sizes and has a suggested retail price of $120.
